TraceEase currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your stationery items—Pen Holders, Notebooks, and Folders—are delivered safely.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order processing and delivery after your payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping; all orders incur a shipping fee.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. TraceEase is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
